With the support of strong partnerships, dedicated staff, and funding for local initiatives, the Southern Berkshire Rural Health Network brings community stakeholders together to collaborate, share information, and coordinate efforts that address the social determinants of health. Our work includes hosting cross‑sector meetings, supporting community assessments, identifying priorities, coordinating initiatives, and engaging residents and partners in systems‑level change.​
