HEALTH EQUITY
Health equity means that all people have a fair and just opportunity to achieve their highest level of health. Achieving health equity requires identifying and addressing health disparities experienced within our communities. This includes examining and removing barriers to care across racial, ethnic, socioeconomic and other marginalized groups.
