Empowering Health and Wellbeing-Building Vibrant Communities
How do we do this?

We work to build a healthy community by:

Collecting and Aggregating Data: Improving our understanding of community needs, how resources are used, and where additional support is required.

Policy Advocacy: Monitoring, analyzing, and responding to policies that impact community health at the local, state, and federal levels.

Identifying Service Overlap and Gaps: Collaborating to maximize the use of existing resources and advocating for those still needed.

Asset Mapping: Identifying, understanding, and sharing available resources to increase access, support existing services, and determine unmet needs.

Analyzing Systems: Examining the core components and structures that shape how a system functions.

Convening for Discussion: Bringing together individuals and groups, or participating in existing conversations, to foster dialogue, share perspectives, and build collaboration.
